Taking diet pills generally dont do much of anything. And when you stop taking them they usually cause you to put the weight right back on.
The main way to lose weight is to run..alot. Run a mile or 2 a day. Even running in place (since you have 2 kids) inside your house and just making sure you pick your knees up high as if you were running can help you just the same as running outside. As long as your heart rate is going up then its doing the job.
Sit ups are better for your stomach muscles that crunches are. If you do "rockys" those are also very good for your stomach. You keep your shoulders off the ground as if your doing a crunch and then you bring your right elbow to left knee, left elbow to right knee...and so on. that or you can also do scissor kicks....keeping your shoulders off the ground and then kicking on foot in the air (slowly) and then switching without letting your feet touch the ground.
I did all these work outs plus..like..12 other things a few summers ago and lost 35 pounds in less than 2 months and i lost almost ALL the extra baggage i had on my tummy. and i dont lose weight very easily! Look up military workouts or "getting in shape for basic training"..something like that. I got my workout routine from my brother before he left for Iraq..and its all the stuff he did at basic! Good luck---it should work! keep up eating good though. Instead of eating so little..try eating a little bit more but just good carbs. Eating so little can actually stahl the process of losing weight!
Good luck!!!

Cardio is the only best exercise for you. Keep it at least 45 min long... up to 60 min... You don't burn fat before 30-45 min of exercise...
Protein shakes are okay but not for burning fat. They are great if you want to build muscle... Maybe you could cut on that...
Did you ever hear of thermogenic weight loss formula? There are 2 great products that use it, it's great and I think that's exactly what would help you to get rid of that "belly fat"
here are the links: http://yerbaslim.com/?zokiy

I wish you all the best of luck!

I suspect that there is a very simple reason. Your body. People's bodies naturally select certain areas to store the most, and unfortunately, hardest to burn off fat. This fat is stored as back-up energy. The fact that you've had two children probably also contributes to it. All I can say is, keep on it. Soon enough your stomach fat will come off. Good luck keeping to it!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

you build muscle underneath fat and it looks bigger. more cardio - less crunches.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

YOu should try "Hydroxycut" or "Rellicore" diet pills. They aren't expensive at all. If you work out too much, it can actually make your stomach plop out more. I use to do a 1000 crunches a day as well and my uncle (a nutritionist) told me to stop right away because i was actually gaining weight from it!
good luck!

Don't just stand there! Do squats while cleaning your teeth, calf raises even though standing in line, or lunges while chatting for the phone.
