I weight 105 pounds and im 5 foot 3. I know thats average for my height, but i hate that i can see my ribs. I eat like a vulture, 3 times a day, even snack between. I sometimes walk alot, but never exercise. I must have absoloutely wonderful metabolism beacuse I dont gain a pound.... Please tell me how i can gain some weight........

And im not really interested in too much fast food..... um supplements are fine, i just dont know which ones to try..........

Are you trying to gain weight for yourself or because others make you feel bad. You should be happy about your size, do you know how many people wish they could lose weight and be your size. I use to be 115 pds at 5'5. I hated my size but the older I got I gained weight. You may gain weight the older you get. Just relax, love yourself, and let nature take its course. P.S. Girl you could model.

I would absolutely not tell you eat lots of fast food. Thats like suicide for your health. You first need to look at your diet. How many calories your body needs? and Are you eating enough total calories? Try going to mypyramid.gov and getting your estimated caloric needs. Next to gain weight try adding about about 200 calories to your current diet but use foods with as little fat as possible!! (assuming you want muscle not fat weight) Try adding alot of carbs, fruit and veggies to your diet. Also remember to workout so you do have muscle gain not fat. If this doesn't work for you, consider yourself lucky. I'm certain you will gain weight in the future and that you are perfectly healthy. My boyfriend had the same problem after failed attempts to gain, he has now gained weight with no help. So good luck

I wish I could just give you some of mine.

What ever you do, remember that eating alone is not the whole answer. Doing some kinds of work outs will bulk up your muscles and thus give you weight gain as well.

Hey gurl I have the same problem but i dont consider it a problem but I know if you drink ensures or boosts they will help you gain weight.

my grandma has that problem. she has this drink (and it tastes good!) ...crap i cant remember but it starts with a C, dang that doesn't help you huh???? im sorry. *beats in my head*
