you cant even leave the state without written permission from the court.

Whatever you are awaiting trial for will be peanuts to you leaving the country....My advise is to talk to the judge....The judge may be able to allow you if it is for a good enough reason..................

Check with the clerk of the court. There may be bail issues.

You cannot leave the country. If you do go to China do not plan on returning. It makes no difference if you plan on returning, it is determined that you are attempting to flee prosecution.

Yes. It is illegal to leave even the county you are in, without permission of the court.

just out of state.county is ok state is not....call the magistrate office and trust in then no one else.but i am sure I am right..if i could bet, i would.
