Nicknames are pretty personal. You might get some good ideas here, but really you need to be creative, original, and personal.
Think about their interests and personalities and find your inspiration there. Maybe something that goes along with the "Baby" theme. Not just "Baby" though, because it seems too impersonal ("Say My Name").
