my significant other and i got into a heated argument today because after a while their character and superiorness had just pushed me away from them. they always wants to be right and belittles me and i havent been too interested in talking to them much. i just go to my room or not say anything. i dont mean to do it on purpose it just happens after you get tired of people treating you the way they do. today they told me that i get mad at stupid things and they dont understand, they also told me today that i should leave our home and that they never wants to see me again. im really hurt because i love that person with all my heart. all i can do is hear the words i never want to see you again just because i dont get over things easily. i mean who wants to sit at home and get verbal abuse you know? what should i do? im so so depressed.

Talk to someone to help you over the depression. Realize that there are people out there with psychological issues and you're not going to change them, or some people have too much ego-clinging. The best thing to do is learn to cultivate your own mind to be wiser and calmer.

One of my ex's is a co-dependent twit who I had to threaten legally to keep her from stalking me after we broke it off. Such things happen.

there are obviously deeper issues eating at both of you can creating these problems. If you can not deal with each other on an open and honest level, with kindness and compassion, then you need to separate and learn why you can't give each other that most basic simple courtesy.

You can not stand with another until you can stand alone. I'm sorry. I know it a rough answer, but it's the only one that's ever worked for me.

you both should sit down an express yourselves in actual conversation. one person saying "wut the?" and the other one leaving upset doesn't help. talk with that person and if you both won't compromise then its time to leave.
in essence, more communication.
