Are there any medicines that you're taking that have sleeping side effects? I took some Benedryl or some kind of allergy medicine yesterday, and I fell asleep 2 times while taking the end of the year state test. If you're not, try getting a good night's sleep or taking a shower in the morning to help wake you up. (:

Many people get very relaxed when they sit still for very long. I guess the best suggestion is to pay attention to everything that is going on and listen to the teacher. If this persists, you need to be evaluated by a Dr. for anemia. I do hope you are getting enough sleep every night. Good luck.

don't stay on the computer all night, don't watch a lot of TV before going to bed, relax at least a hour before going to bed, hopefully you will then have a good nights sleep, then be a bright young student in class. Plus make sure you have a healthy breakfast.

Have you seen the college physician to make sure that you don't have a disease called narcolepsy? This can be treated. If that is ruled out you need to change your lifestyle and get enough sleep (could you have sleep apnea?, that also is treatable, ask the doc).

Get a lot of sleep the night before or find a way to keep busy in class, like drawing, doodling, or writing.

Go to sleep earlier at night, make sure you have a good breakfast in the morning, take something with you for breaktime. Make sure you go outside during breaks to have some fresh air.

Sleep the night before; eat chocolate covered espresso beans; eat an apple; drink coffee during class (if you're allowed to); etc.
