Let me enlighten you,any thinking person realizes that angels, supernatural beings that they are,do not need wings to "fly" from place to place.In early medieval times,people just could not imagine that any other beings beside fowl could fly so they painted wings on angels,the tradition has stuck,but If you or I were to be graced with a visit by a heavenly being I'm sure they would not have them.
