Im afraid you cannot tell if a guy isn't a virgin.
It's difficult to know if a girl is a virgin just by mere physical appearance. The only test, is to know whether the hymen is broken or not. If its not broken, she is a virgin but if it is broken, she is not. However, a girl's hymen might be broken due to some activities other than sexual intercourse.
Some people I know who claim to know this by physical appearance says they look out for the waist line, the hips, the upper body(breast) and the general volumptousness of the body. This cannot be relied upon at all.

Why would you want to ask them this in the first place? It is a very private, personal question and should simply not be asked.
However, if mean by this make a determination as to whether or not they are a virgin by their actions and speech, then you may be in for a hard time.
While virginity may be admired in the case of a female, it is considered to be not a good thing for a male.

Well the only way you can tell if a girl is a virgin is if her hymen is still intact, BUT, a lot of times girls hymens will break before she has sex due to exercise or even other sexual activity, like fingering. You could also ask the girl, but of course, she could lie. You can't tell if a guy is a virgin or not, unless you ask him-and even then, he also could be lying. If you're thinking about having sex with someone and you doubt if they're a virgin or not, you should make them get an STD test. If they're worth YOUR virginity, they'll do it no matter what.

Thier mentality is an obvious sign.Usually they act young and they are shy at the conversation of sex.If it's a guy he will be extremely eager,but scared.Not trying to be rude but you spelled virgen wrong,it's virgin.

For Girls you can check to see if her hymen has been broken in her vagina, usually means shes a virgin but sometimes a hymen might break before she has sex, due to pan-tons or self masturbation with a finger.
For boys theres really no indications, though most likely more confidence with girls after they have had sex.
Other than that you just need to ask them. Most likely if they have been doing it for awhile then the will feel more comfortable and probably let it slip out.

You ask like this...
"Have you ever had sex before?"
And they say...
"Yes."
Then they aren't a virgin. But if you ask and they say...
"No."
Then they are a virgin. Hope this helped!
