What sacrament are you talking about?

The only sacrament I am personally knowledgeable of is the sacrament taken by Catholics. I wasn't aware the taking a round piece of unleaven bread and red wine had ethical problems surrounding it. After all it is just unleaven bread and red wine (well, that is until it is bless by the priest).
