I had all four of my wisdom teeth out a week and a half ago, and i'm off perkocet now. I went for a check up one week after the surgery, and the doctor said all was fine, and that the wounds were healing well. Lately i've been feeling a toothache sensation though, is that normal? its mainly in my back moulers. Is that just the muscles and what not getting back into chewing and being used?

I had mine out recently as well. I also had toothaches in my molars, and the dentist said it is normal. It went away gradually over about a weeks' time.

Yeah, that is normal. Give a couple of weeks, and you should be as good as new. If it is a really sharp pain, though, you might want to go back and make sure you do not have a dry socket. I had one, and it really sucks! But a dull ache will likely last a couple of weeks.

That's a lot to get done at once, But if the doctor said all is well I'm sure he is right. You have to understand how much work that was to take them out to appreciate what your mouth went through, the anesthesia killed the pain, but there is a reason they call it surgery. Way to hang tough.
