What means famous? I have a cousin who was the only Puerto Rican to sit on the New York Supreme Court Bench. A cousin that wrote several books 3 of which have been made into movies. A brother who won an Emmy. A brother who won an Eddy.

Yep, but famous only in the family.

1. I had a great aunt who won a beauty contest in New York in like the 20's.

2. I had a great aunt who swore she told the founder of McDonald's how to make the Big Mac after her famous All-The-Ways.

3. My family is mentioned several times in the biography of New York mobster Leggs Diamond (he was big during the alcohol prohabition)

4. My great-grandfather's cement factory was famous enough that when my mom mentioned her maiden name, someone actually connected it to the factory.

5. My uncle Felix was a hero in WW2. He's burried with the other heros of the Battle of the Bulge.

Only famous ancestor I can think of would be Adam. I don't know his last name. His wife's name was Eve.
