if your refering to ´´going out on the pull´´ as in to pick up a girl then the best time is on your own in a bar. When your out with the lads or girls then never try and pull don´t even look at girls focus on having a good time with your mates. Then one day when no one feels like going out, go out by yourself and hit a bar enjoy being by yourself maybe get chatting to someone. You´ll see how that girl will respect your independance and individuality.

Getting chatting before 10pm - only munters are left after 11pm. and by the time the club kicks out at 2am or 3am it's real bottom of the barrel time. Depends if you want an easy pull or a good looking one I guess.

Are you talking about "pulling out" before ejaculating? If so, before you ejaculate, but it's a horrible way to prevent pregnancy. You have little swimmers in your pre-*** too.
