You really need to consult a Doctor as there is so many problems with slimming pills. I have tried most in my life time adn they all caused some health problem or other. I am sure he will recommend a healthy diet and regular exercise. Then if it does not work you could consider asking to be refered for a band operation which is fairly common these days.

Please add this to the search for questions box :
Answers swamped with weight loss questions!?
As far as weight loss is concerned I will give my stock answer I am afraid, however it is interesting to see how close this is ( I have been using it for over 2 months), to a recent paper from University of California. They did a meta-analysis of all the work on weight loss over the past few years. ( summary) It showed that 2/3 of people who diet yo-yo to a higher weight, none of the faddy diets of diet pills work and that rapid weight loss doubles heart attack risk!
They seemed to suggest the only hope was modest calorie reduction + EXERCISE.
This is a news report of the article:
http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/health/...
I have to admit I have a 'stock' answer for this question, since if you look it appears 20-30 times every day!!!
Type 'guaranteed weight loss' into google, you will find 1 1/2 million sites!
Look around you if ANY of these things worked would we be getting so overweight?
We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. Drop to about 1,500 calories.
Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!
No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way

i'm not an advocate of slimming pills.
i used to take Xenadrine [with Ma Huang] before it was banned in the United States. i don't know if ephedra is banned in Scotland, but ephedra is probably the most effective diet pill.
the downside is that you develop tolerance over time.
so, i would use it only for a short time period and/or not all the time.
also, as already mentioned, ephedrine was banned in the US because of concern about dangers related to cardiovascular risk because they can cause high blood pressure and potentially heart attacks and strokes, particularly if taken in higher doses than recommended...
also, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!, exercise and diet are key. they are the foundations of body sculpting...
the diet pills at most are adjuncts to use sparingly and sensibly in the pursuit of this goal...

Yes they work. I would recommend 3 different types.
Hoodia - find it here: http://h-oodia.com/?zokiy
Hoodia works as a way to control your hunger. If you don't want to feel hungry for a few hours, you just take one. This is great if you eat too much food and this is the cause of the extra pounds.
Yerba Slim - find it here: http://yerbaslim.com/?zokiy
Yerba Slim - this one works little different. When you take it, it naturally helps your body to burn more fat. It's great if you exercise, you will burn way more fat than you would without them.
Proactol - find it here: http://track.lativio.com/hit.php?w=108619&p=2&s=38&campaign=ya
You take Proactol AFTER you eat food. It makes your body to consume more than 28% less fat. If you take these 3 times per day, you can lose weight even without exercises...
But I recommend you should exercise each day, drink a lot of water and eat healthy food... These pills WILL help you, but you will see better results if you do something too :))
They ship to Scotland, more great news, you can order on the internet!
Good Luck to You and Your Friends!

I suggest using NV. I bought mine @ wal-mart for $20. If you don't have a wal-mart there you can purchase it through their website www.be-desired.com. It is a diet & beauty pill. Go to the website & read about it.
