Lots of Dark Green leafy lettuce. The darker, the better! Oil and Vinegar as dressing, and plenty of vegies!! Asparagus and cooked carrots are great, but all vegies are good. Just don't over cook them, or put them in a sauce that is really bad for you, like a vegie dip.
Stay away from flour, dairy, sugar, red meat, acidic foods.
You need to balance your alkaline and acid levels, Your alkaline should be equal to your acid.

the diet should be comprised of mainly whole foods. whole foods provide the greatest amounts of nutrients with the fewest calories. you are what you eat...
