There may be more space to fill up, but the dura matter and fluids could be filling it up, too. Also, it won't necessarily mean more intelligence--IQ, which is really only a measure of potential, is more linked to how convoluted (wrinkled) the brain is.

lol, to lost2day! lol, but i dono, i guess not, cuz u may still be growing, and sometimes u hav groth sperts, and some peeps heads just may b big cuz of their jeans, u no, like ur grandpa may have a big head cuz hes a lot taller than he should b, and that jean may hav landed in you! (Well just an example, i dont mean u in particular)
