This is not an indictment, but an honest call to prayer, intercession, repentence and love, starting with me. Also, I understand that my conviction does not have to be your own. May s/he who has ears to hear, listen to what the Spirit is saying to the church (not me, but His servant, please see link below).

The LORD has been dealing w/my heart towards atheists and other visitors in the R&S section. I repent for my harshness towards unbelievers and people of beliefs different than my own.

Judging (not in the biblical sense, but in the reasonable, logical sense) from the responses by atheists/non-believers: Thank you God b/c you are trying my words, my conviction, my faith and my love towards you and those who oppose you.

Only You LORD are a righteous, fair, just and compassionate Eternal Judge.

Samurai - Thanks for your response. As for your suggestion, I WAS an agnostic for 10 years. Then the Truth of the good news of Jesus Christ reached me 10 years ago. Therefore, atheism is not an option for me. God bless you with faith in His Son.

ihatehappypeople - only Jesus Christ in your heart will reveal true joy. Happiness depends on what's happening while the joy of salvation is independent of what is happening.

May God bless you with faith in His Son that your joy may be full.

Nora22000 - No one can judge others. If Christians can't, then certainly not non-believers.

God bless you!

With all due respect to atheists (practicing telling the truth in love here):

Given that you are not yet, "fellow brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus", while you are welcome to read this question, any judgmental and condemning answers are not welcome.

Please show respect to those of us who do not share your ideas. It is respect you deserve and ask for, isn't it? Your actions speak louder than your words.

You do know that it's possible to be a hypocrite w/o being a believer, right?

FELLOW CHRISTIANS: Please disregard any voice/response that would try to bring division to the Body of Christ. This question was not intended as ammunition for atheists/nonbelievers, but was written w/a heavy, repentant heart in the process of healing.

God bless you!

Unity - Without Christ in our hearts, there is no love. Human "love" is limited, while Christ's love is eternal. He died for all. The nice and the not so nice.

After reading your response and looking at your answers to other questions, I can confidently say that the Spirit within me does not bear witness with your spirit.

Finally, "You are inexcusable, Oh [wo]man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things" (Rom. 2:1)

Before we can heal others, we must ourselves be healed.

Written in truth and in love.

God bless you for you tender heart.

As imperfect as our attempts may be, we must keep pointing people to the cross. We must lead them to salvation either in love or fear.

We must speak the truth in love, even if the truth itself is condemning. They are already condemned for their sin.

We must tell them the story of Jesus, and pray that it will touch them.

We Christians have several options:

(1) agree with everthing Athiests and non-believers say as to not offend anyone.

(2) Since this is the religious section practice our own religion and our own faith.

(3) Ask what would Jesus do? And then follow His example.

(4) Do what Jesus commanded in Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Ultimately - it doesn't matter if one believes as you do or not, if you understand the message of Christ, it is that we are all to LOVE ONE ANOTHER!

You start off talking about how you have reform in your heart, yet you still continue with a bitter, resentful and prejudiced response to all who have different beliefs than you do. I pray that the HOLY SPIRIT continues to work with your heart because there is much work to do.

Wow- are you GOD? How can you judge what spirit is within another or what their relationship with God truly is? You are quite an arrogant person. It is sad that you truly do not understand the Love of Christ or how to share it with others. Perhaps if you truly understood Christ's love and shared it with others, rather than this dialogue you would be able to help others know of Christ's love.

Of course we're suppose to love everyone... and you can't judge people who don't know any better. Jesus said on the cross: Father, forgive them because they don't know what they're doing. That's our example. All we can do as Christians is to give them the knowledge or inspiration that we have and share God's love with them. That's all we can do and then entrust them to the mercy of God.

Yes. I must repent too. I have been harsh toward the 'born againers' who turn people off. And towards the Muslims who find any question of their religion to be an insult. My priest reminded me that as Christians we are to remember our Baptismal promises to "respect the dignity of every human being". And that means the stupid, irritating ones too.

As Christians we are not to judge, but to love one another no matter where they are in life our job is to love! But at the same time we are to let the truth be known.
Remember we are to hate the sin not the sinner!

humorous i replaced into in basic terms taking into consideration this this morning. i recognize of a Christian who spouts love love love. Its all about love of the brethren. yet this man or woman not in any respect is going to ascertain any of the brethren who're contained in the health center or nursing houses, not in any respect consists of my domicile even with the actuality that invited on many events. not in any respect consists of a learn weekend we host. we stay somewhat over an hour away. as a fashion to spout love all they favor, see you later because it would not placed them out any. Phileo love is a warmth love--it truly is how we are to view our brethren--they're family contributors. even as they're ill bypass visit them or deliver them a card or make a telephone call. Or no longer even even as they're ill--in basic terms drop then a word. Love isn't accessible, its infrequently on your words, yet on the words of the celebration. we favor to imagine of our brethren as family contributors and contain them in our lives on an known foundation. undergo in recommendations God is the man who does the calling to Him, so if one is named, then God stated something particular in that man or woman--and that is what we favor to understand. we do not all have a similar personalities. seem at Peter and Thomas. i'm positive contained in the starting up they grated on one yet another. Peter--"lets do this on the instant," and Thomas: "i imagine we favor to decelerate and imagine this via for per week or 2 formerly we bypass ahead." are you able to imagine the unhappiness? yet God chosen both one in each of them because their personalities were different--all 12 were different. some base the 12 (Disciples, Tribes, stones contained in the breastplate) as how they reason that their are 12 person-friendly personality varieties. there is an entire learn in this and it sounds genuine attempting to me. contained in the dominion even as the international of mankind comes decrease back contained in the resurrection and is lower than the rulership of Jesus and his Bride--they could must be dealt with. we are promised to be kings and monks--the pastime of the priest is to carry one into unity with God. it truly is theory that contained in the dominion that each and each of the Church contributors receives those of a similar personalities to attend to and help up the street of holiness (Isa. 35). because they could recognize ways they imagine. yet in this age, we could study the thanks to get alongside with each and each of the nature varieties--it facilitates us to advance and change into more advantageous and extra sympathetic.

Is this a call to go on a witchhunt? Are you getting the stake fires warmed up, so you can burn people?

'Judge not, so that ye may not be judged' is in your bible SOMEWHERE, isn't it?

It's not for you to judge atheists or anyone. You people need to get over yourselves, seriously.
