Ali. The character "Rocky" is based on real life journeyman boxer Chuck Wepner who was given a chance to fight Ali in 1975. A HEAVY underdog, Wepner lasted until he was KO'ed by Ali in the 15th round. So I have to say that just as in real life, the fictional Rocky would lose also.

Even though Rocky was a fictional character I'd say Stallone would've beat the lights out of that draft-dodging BIG mouth Ali. And no this isn't based on RACE either.

If you are talking about Rocky Marciano, Ali would beat him too.

i would have to say Rocky.although Ali would probley land more punches than Rocky, Rockys punches would do more damage.
