Depends on what they did when they were alive.

If, for example, they could have helped save Jews from Hitler and did not, then they won't even get to heaven.

The Bible clearly tells us that the 12 Patriarchs and the 12 Disciples are considered the 24 elders and they have prominent positions. I will take a back seat to the 24 elders any day. I can't wait to talk to Apostle Paul and ask James about Jesus'
childhood. Ask Peter about walking on the water. It will be so much fun listening to their life with Christ. Jesus had to have been an amazing child. Just to hear about this part of His life will be fun. The Pine Trees at Easter put on yellow stems with little crosses at their tips. I want to know when God thought about doing this. Was it at creation or later? I want to know why my daughter was diabetic. I also want to know if my dog knew when I prayed for him. I have so many questions.

We will each be rewarded by what we did with the talents that God gave us- if a teenager is a believer and stayed faithful to God even before He had a profession and passed away, he or she could be more highly rewarded then someone who is "in the ministry" that does not stay true to God's word. It is not knowledge of God that gets the reward, it is how wise that person was in living out the knowledge.

Not as far as I am aware of. Those same people are judged more harshly though because they spread the word and teach many people. If they are teaching something wrong then those that hear it will be lead astray.
