I had 5 friends and if you ask me...only 2 of them came out good. The other three...looks a little funky.

None of them are content and say it did not come out the way they wanted.

But...if you ask me...even if it didnt come out so great...for some of them...even not so perfect is better than what it was.

And that girl that said her job got done in Iran...its because our people go back home to get it done cause its cheaper not cause its better or more successful. As a mater of fact is is not as hygenic as it should be. Thank God for my nice natural nose but my place of choice would not be another country.

Sure it does make a big difference on what doctor you go to. Does it matter if he is famous? Hell no it doesnt. There are famous little chippies running around all over the place.

It matters how many jobs hes done, how long and how well he knows his stuff.

i myself have had a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty on 2 seperate occassions,i can honestly say neither were in any way painful. The rhinoplasty looked far worse than it was with the splint. Some people get extensive bruising around the eyes,but i didn't,Arnica cream helps. The septoplasty was all internal work to correct my deviated septum after i broke my nose again,that was also pain free and can be done as a daycase. I couldn't wait to have my splint removed to see what my new nose looked like,it's a tad deflating until the bruising goes then u see the difference,my surgeon is a genious!!!! U can not tell i have had such extensive surgery and now i love my new nose!!!!

They're very successful. They are THE most common plastic surgery type and one of the oldest.
Because the nose is the most obvious and prominent facial feature, it's always been something people wanted to change.

I don't mind them, I wouldn't go for one, as I don't need it, but I think results are natural looking.
Most of the time, they are done to remove some humps/bump or to make the nose narrower. Those are simple procedures.
but if you want to totally remodel your nose, it will change the look of your face.

I had a successful nose job in my country ( Iran) last year . the result is definetely depends on y our doctor and his experience. In iran this surgery is a common surgery more than 40% of girls do that. if you go to a famouse doctor and see his works ( most of the time you can see them in waiting room. most of the doctors creat a simillar shape on their paitents. the second important thig is that you remember " a bigger but more natural nose is better than a smaller but un natural nose" so ask your doctor to cut as little as possible of your nose .always small changes has better result and you will be more satisfy. the emotion after surgery is exciting because the most thing you used to is your face and different nose makes a big difference but dont account of your first sight because you will have inflation after one month you can find its final apperence better but it will change and will be better after one year. dont forget that never do nose job before 18-20 . because in these ages your nose dosnt have its final shape yet.( because you are in gowing age) after 25 is the best.
3rd : find a doctor how dosnt use tompon inside your nose.
4th: not at all ask for second surgery on your nose . because always the second one make it worse.
my doctor was the best so after surgery i hadn't got any pain or even bruise just a little inflation after 3 days. he dosnt use tompon so there is not any pain of its removing.however i paid a fortune on it.

i think the nose defines your face so you have to be careful about a nose job, i can understand if someone is really unhappy about lumps and bumps on the nose getting it done but just for vanity i dont really agree cause if you change it, it makes your whole face appear different and some ppl get somewhat distressed by it, that is just my opion though

Yes they are successful if you want one done and have the money i say yes go for it ,it can change your appearance and confidence loads you feel great after it is done especially if you have wanted one a while .Good luck in your chose .x
