I've changed all the things I have control over. I just wish I had a higher metabolism, so I could burn calories easier.

I'd eat healthier and exercsie more. I also wish that I could get more sleep. I'm pretty healthy even though I'm overweight.

stop smoking, drink less alcohol and more water, eat healthy food and exercise. Exercise is good as it also helps to relieve stress.
