In order to stay healthy, I eat a lot of fresh produce - fruit veggies, beans, etc. I have a big salad every day and I make sure I eat plenty of fibre. I also use my juicer daily and I have drastically limited my intake of processed foods. They are difficult for our bodies to digest and metabolize.
I also drink a lot of water. :-)
