1 hour of cardio. which includes, running, skipping, lunging, jumping, squating, stretches, bends, push-ups, jumping jacks, etc.
and 1 hour of pilates

Well, I go the gym on this schedule: two days on, one day off to rest.
I normally attend classes such as step, turbo kickboxing or body sculpting. If I'm not in class, I'll get on the treadmill or elliptical. I also weight train. I'm at the gym for at least an hour per day.
I also do Pilates for a half hour three times per week for flexibility.

What day? I do something different every day. Mondays I work legs, Tuesdays I do abs and cardio, Wednesdays I do chest, shoulders and triceps, Thursdays I do abs and cardio again, Fridays I do back, traps, and biceps, and Saturdays I do cardio only.

this summer ill probably rollar blade cuz its great exercise
