Anemic means she doesn't have enough iron in her blood.... and a murmur is a heart murmur. A heart murmer is caused by a very small hole in the heard - most are benign, and don't require any treatment.
I would talk to your pediatrician about both issues, and get a referral to a cardiologist to check the heart murmer. If she got this far I'm sure it doesn't require surgery, but she may need to go on antibiotics before a dental cleaning. Or nothing at all. But a cardiologist can tell you for sure. Good luck!!

Many of the preceeding answers are incomplete.
Anemia means that there are fewer red blood cells than normal. While iron deficiency is the most common cause, there are many other causes. This should be investigated more thoroughly by your daughter's pediatrician.
The heart murmur may be due to your daughter's anemia, and will go away once the anemia is corrected. Conversely, it may signal a more serious heart problem. Again, this must be checked by a responsible physician.
If you cannot afford to see a doctor, call your local health department, or perhaps the school nurse can assist you with a referral.

It means that you should make an appointment for her with your own doctor.
Anemic means she's low on iron, I think, And a murmur means the doctor heard an extra sound in between heartbeats. Both of these should be brought to your doctor's attention.

A lot of children have heart murmurs usually they are echos within the heart chamber and are not life threatening. Children out grow them by puberty. As for her being anemic, I'd have her checked out by your family doctor, she evidently isn't getting enough iron in her diet, or there may be another problem.

Anemic just means she needs more iron in her diet. And a heart murmur is very common in children and they normally have no problems with it. But you still should take her to your our doctor to check out her heart checked out

Anemic means she's got low iron levels and a murmur means her heart beats a bit different.
Make an appointment to see your regular doctor. Tell him what they said and have him check her out.
Don't worry........anemia can get "fixed" with diet adjustments and a murmur isn't cause for concern (I've had one since birth and it hasn't limited me at all!).

a heart murmur is irregular heart beat. it can get serious if not checked up on.
in the book "Thinner", the man loses almost 100 pounds in about a month and a half ( i believe ) and gets a heart murmur. have her eating habits changed, or has she seamed different lately? seeing a doctor is best.
i hope all goes well, and if it doesnt offend you i'll pray about it. =)

I remember being in school and having physicals. That's normal.
Make an appointment with her regular doctor and take her in. Just tell the doctor what the school doctor or nurse said. They'll check her out and explain everything to you.
