I'm 5'11, 205 pounds...I"m only taking in around 1400-1600 a day eating 5 times a day (two of them being protein shakes). I'm running at around 43% carbs/40% protein/17% fat...I need to know what other small easy to prepair item i can fit in here to make up the other 400-600 calories I'm looking for.

I'm confused. If you are 5ft11 and 205lbs, you're overweight. Why would you want to pack in more calories?

Eggs, whole grains, nuts.
You may want to increase your meal size.
An few extra ounces of meat with each meal should help ya out.

I'm a big yogurt fan. Lots of protein and good stuff, and it's like a dessert.
