Ah. The 18-200mm lens has considerably more reach at the long end of the zoom, and it adds vibration reduction (image stabilization). The 18-200mm also has a tiny advantage in build quality, as it has a metal lens mount vs. plastic.
Image quality and light sensitivity are about equal: okay for most stuff but not professional quality.
In short, the 18-135mm zoom is a very decent all-in-one lens but the 18-200mm is exceptional.

OMG has answered, so I'm not going to step on his toes or duplicate information. I'm just taking this as an excuse to show off a bit while you decide which lens to buy. The 18-200 is "not perfect," but - if you can find it - it is a great all-purpose lens.

Here are some of my own photos taken with the 18-200 VR lens, showing the versatility of the lens. These were all taken with the D200 and 18-200 VR lens.

If you look at each of these sites, you will also find reviews of the 18-135 lens.
