It would seem that all angels have some power of some sort, however, Satan rejected God, and uses that power to deceive people. Why does God allow Him to keep that power? I don't know. He certainly doesn't have the level of power God does, nor does He use it in a good way. Satan is all about deception, He'll do whatever He thinks will get someone to turn from God.

GOD did not give satan anything, satan stole what limited power he has. The Spirit of truth within you is far greater than satan. If you think the devil does the same things as GOD you are not paying very close attention. Accept responsibility for learning the truth and you will find it.

Because they're right and everyone else is wrong.
If that isn't the truth, then they run a very real risk of having to think.
As for the whole God/Satan power sharing agreement, good luck on getting a lucid answer from the Christians.
The simple fact is I don't think they actually know, themselves, and without their pastors to tell them how to think, they're a bit lost, poor wee things.

Angels, fallen or otherwise, possess certain supernatural abilities, by nature of their creation.
Fallen angels can use their power for evil purposes.
All those who are faithful to God are guided by the Holy Spirit, and do only that which is in full accord with his divine will.

Satan has the ability to hand out illusions. What may seem a miracle may perhaps be a deceiving damnation.
