He said he would go out with her again and they are best friends and he wants to hang out with her all the time and he said if she tried to make a move on him he wouldnt tell me ... what do i do??

My advice to you is to get a new boyfriend. He is not being honest with you. No ex is ever a best friend. they broke up for a reason. Or did they? Reason I say this to you is the same thing happned to my daughter. Her " boyfriends' " ex girl kept hanging around and even was part or their running around together and getting everybody all upset. finally my daughter came to her senses and dumped the guy. Next thing we hear is the exgirlfriend is back with the boyfriend and now pregnant. From the way you write your question your boyfriend sounds defiant and is not sensative to you at all. I think you already know what to do, you just needed a conformation. Confirmed.

What happens if they have feelings for eachother, n are keeping friends until they figure this out. Why are they going for lunch, you should too, and make sure you are an annoyance to her when you do, talk about how great of a relationship you guys have, n too bad it didn't work out for them. Well he told you to stop contact with your ex you did, so he should follow that as a respect for the relationship. If all else fails break up with him, cuz chances are he might still like her like a bf/gf kind of thing, n what if he moves on that while you are dating. Tell him, since you want to keep contact with this ex, and you made me stop talking to my ex, I just think this relationship is obvioulsy not working, since the ex has basically tried to move into taking my place. If he wants to keep the relationship with you he will listen, if not it will stop the arguing on the issue.

You should do nothing, he is allowed to have a best friend and it doesn't matter if it's a girl. After all women on this forum always say it's ok to have friends of the opposite sex. So clearly your situation isn't unique or special. You are being too demanding and manipulative in wanting him to not be her friend. I'm sure he was just joking or being sarcastic when he told you what he did. You were probably nagging him too much so he said what he did.

OK..he says he wouldn't tell you if she tried to make a move on you. Another interpretation of this is "I'm going to do what I want no matter whether it is right/wrong or how you feel about it, and then lie to you about it." It is up to you on whether you can live with a guy who has such little consideration for honesty in a relationship.

There is nothing wrong with being friends with an ex but he has clearly communicated that she is still more than a friend in his mind. Get rid of him and find a guy with less baggage.

MOVE ON RUN AWAY LEAVE HIM ALONE! Its obvious that there is still a attraction there. my ex did the same thing to me and that girl broke up our relationship. DON'T FALL FOR IT!

Break up with him as soon as possible. Don't be weak! You can do better. Find someone that loves YOU and isn't hung up on someone else. She is stringing him along and you are the victim of this.

eww dum p him, hes using u as his sloppy seconds until she'll take him back. ur no ones used tissue. dump his butt esp since he said he wpould cheat, he has no respect. whata jerk! id kick him in the balls so he has trouble hooking up with her.
