Well i'm 14, i am 5'3 and when I look in the mirror i don't think of myself fat at all. Just average. But when i step on the scale it says i weigh 121 lbs... Most girls in my class who are the same height as me are from 110-115 lbs. Should i lose a couple pounds???

Losing a couple of pounds wouldn't hurt, sure. But you defintely aren't in a situation where you desperately need to. You seem just fine! Additionally, if you perceive yourself with satisfaction and happiness (and you seem to be fine with your weight, right?), you shouldn't feel the need to change your body. :) Remember - don't change how you look for someone else. Only do it if it makes you feel comfortable and better about yourself.

No. You are fine. You are still growing and if you lose too much weight you can make yourself sick and it can cause to to not grow properly. Don't worry about what other girls weigh. There are more important things in life to worry about than trying to be the same size and someone else. Also, just eating healthy for life is better than dieting. Stay away from sodas with sugar (Try to avoid totally if possible), don't eat processed (Frozen) meals. Fresh foods are best.

If your comfortable with how you look then who cares! Don't go on a diet just because other girls weight slightly less than you, i would say that that weight is absolutely fine. I am your age and height and know a few of my friends weigh around that amount too and they look great! hope i've helped :)

Actually you don't have too, 121lbs isn't too fat at all.
But it largely depends on yourself, don't just compare yourself to your friends, ask yourself if the shape on that mirror is the one that you're comfortable with. If you're comfortable with it, keep it.
One of my high school friend was 150lbs while only 5'4", but she was very confident and comfortable with herself. She often wear tight revealing clothes that even the "perfect figure" girls will think twice or more to wear in public, even if it makes her excess fat swelling all over. She proud with it, and one of the funny things is that when we eat together she often grab my plate (she eats a lot) saying "You can't finish it can you? Let me have it, I have too keep my weight". But recently she told me that she have lost 20lbs because her mother-in-law-to-be force her to fit in to a very small wedding gown. ouch!

You don't need to...but I would lose a few lbs if I were you. I used to be 5'4" & 122lbs last year....and now I'm at 109lbs. I feel a lot better about myself.
