I can't. No, I mean I honestly can't. This god concept has in the past been defined so incomprehensibly and even incoherently that I have no idea how to even begin. People may say "intangible, immaterial, omnipotent, omniscient", but that doesn't define God... it just tells us what God supposedly ISN'T. These kinds of definitions only tell us that God is supposedly NOT tangible, material, and is WITHOUT limits to knowledge and power.
The first two are no more definitions of God than they are of leprechauns, and the second pair of characteristics contradict each other.
To say that God is "merciful, compassionate, almighty, the King of Kings, the Creator, supreme being" don't tell us anything about what God IS either. They only describe either God's personality or claimed abilities (and "supreme being" doesn't even make sense to me... what exactly does "supreme" mean?). So God can create, and some think of God as the "ultimate" creator... but what is God that he has the capacity to do that? Even humans can create, but we know what we are and we know our limits (though we keep breaking through those, don't we?).
God is only defined negatively, and by secondary and relational characteristics. We never get the PRIMARY characteristics of God.

He is our Father. He created us. He has a tangible body of flesh and bone, just as Christ does. He is all loving, caring, wise and only wants for us what is best. He is Omnipotent, not not omnipresent. He isn't an intangible being with no form or passions. He created us! He would have to have some knowledge of how the human body works to be able to create it. Wouldn't it make sense that He has a body, and is well aware of how human anatomy works?
I know.. that doesn't really define Him. I don't think there is a way to define Him. Except to say that without Him, no life would be present, the earth wouldn't even be here. That is just my beliefs though.

God the Father; his Son, Jesus Christ; and the Holy Ghost are seperate. These three Gods form the Godhead, which holds the keys of power over the universe. Each member of the Godhead is an independent personage, separate and distinct from the other two, the three being in perfect unity and harmony with each other
The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are three separate and distinct beings who constitute one Godhead. Generally speaking, the Father is the Creator, the Son is the Redeemer, and the Holy Ghost is the Comforter and Testifier

God is just an ideological concept that many believe as truth. Creation is unfathomable to man so to make sense of it all man comes up with foolish things and teach it to others as a fact which then limit is own spiritual growth.
The idea of an all powerful and all knowing being that control the workings of the entire universe is inconsistent to the way things are. You only need look deep inside yourself to see. There is also to much randomity to the universe to say all is under the control of a "one".
The universe is a collective force of many intelligences. Just like this planet is made of many intelligent creative being we call the human race. God is a metaphor of that which is not fathomable by man and my never be known to any of us.
Creation is God and God is creation but has no personality or self awareness just like nature, the planet, and space yet sustains all.
Man cannot believe he is one in the same intelligence as what we have come to call God. Man is so ignorant to this fact he will kill others that believe he is on the same par as his self proclaimed creator he named "God".
Man must realize his own divinity to spiritually grow in to more than he currently is. Until man understands what he really is there will be suffering in the world. This is the way of things.

To define God is to limit Him. Limiting the unlimited is impossible, and thus it is impossible to define God.
I can describe Him, though. Omnipotent, Omnipresent...Omni-everything. Loving, kind, just, etc.

In revealing his mysterious name, YHWH ("I AM HE WHO IS", "I AM WHO AM" or "I AM WHO I AM"), God says who he is and by what name he is to be called. This divine name is mysterious just as God is mystery. It is at once a name revealed and something like the refusal of a name, and hence it better expresses God as what he is - infinitely above everything that we can understand or say: he is the "hidden God", his name is ineffable, and he is the God who makes himself close to men.11
The sum of your word is truth; and every one of your righteous ordinances endures forever."30 "And now, O LORD God, you are God, and your words are true";31 this is why God's promises always come true.32 God is Truth itself, whose words cannot deceive. This is why one can abandon oneself in full trust to the truth and faithfulness of his word in all things. The beginning of sin and of man's fall was due to a lie of the tempter who induced doubt of God's word, kindness and faithfulness.
