Yes.
If it is on the street and blocking your driveway, have the police do it. If it is in your driveway, you will have to call a tow company and have it removed.
Where I live, the tow companies won't remove a vehicle from private property unless there is a no parking sign with the corresponding vehicle code posted, as most of them have been sued.

Push it into the road, slowly, with your own vehicle. Then let the cops put up with it.

Folks need to learn that they can't park in other peoples driveways, you can also scratch the vehicle, slash the tires, break the windows, etc.

If you do decide to have it towed, make sure you damage it first, past the monetary amount that it would cost you to have it towed, but don't get caught.....This way, when the owner goes to pick it up, they have to pay a crud load of money to fix up their vehicle, ....Lesson learned.

If the driveway is yours and the driveway is not on an easement to anothers property you have the right to tow!

Because the driveway is private property, calling the police will gain you nothing more than a check to determine ownership and status of the vehicle along with a comment stating you have to make the call. The police cannot enforce the "parking violation" on your private property!

Call your local law enforcement agency (Police, Sheriff, or ???) & make a report. Don't call 911, as it really isn't a life threatening emergency, unless their car is blocking yours from access to or from the street. Let them advise you of the proper procedure so you don't end up with any future problems from the cars owner. If the Police tow it, then they become the people that are dealt with, & not YOU!

Yes. You can call a tow company to come and tow it away at the owner's expense. I'd put a note on the windshield first though and warn the owner that you will have it towed if they don't move it.

If the vehicle is parked on your property (and you are sure it is your property) you can have it towed. You should contact the police and let them know about it. They may be able to contact the owner for you and they will know about it in case the owner calls it in as stolen.

yes you can. depending on the size of your community, the police may respond and call the wrecker for you. larger departments will often just tell you to have it towed yourself. it is NEVER legal in any jurisdiction to park on private property without the consent of the owner or his agent...do not use the 911 number this is not considered an emergency...good luck.

Yes but you will be charged with the towing bill since it is on your property. Your local law enforcement will not take responsiblity of the towing charges. You better then take it to court to get the car owner to pay

You should be able to have it removed right now. Call your local parking enforcement agency and explain the problem and they'll advise you what they can do for you.
