I married a United States citizen and we had a child. When the time came to apply for removal of condition, he divorced me and sent me back. Now I met another man, and want to join him in States. But the father of my child refuses to sign a permission for the child to leave the country. He is afraid that if we come back I will apply for the child support.
What can I do to bring my child back home?

Yes, the child was born in the US and the father lives in the US. But in order to live my own country, I need a signed permission from the father, though we are going to his own country, and he refuses to sign.

1. You can apply for child support, anyhow, and US courts will be more than happy to garnish his wages to get it for you.

2. Back support he hasn't paid until now, as well.

3. Speak to an attorney about petitioning the court for the child's best interest since the child is (presumably?) a US citizen. I am sure a judicial order will satisfy the signature requirement.

4. When you start doing these things your ex may start seeing things your way, and if he doesn't at least the child support will help to pay for the process. In any event, your child should be getting child support.

Just stay where you are. Your child is an American. You are not. I would never allow my child out of the country.

Have this man come live with you or, get a sign legal document making sure he won't have to pay child support.

if your child was born in the states then the father can not stop you because the child is a us citizen and if you have sole custody of the child then he still can not stop you
