Police officers are held to a high standard of justice, but there are those offiers who fail to meet the standard of justice. Can anyone give me some examples of officers displaying injustice?

Yes a preacher in NC was at a resteraunt and the cops started messing with him because he was a black man in a nice truck. in the midst of askin gwhat was wrong they beat the man black and blue his shirt that they used as evidence in court was a white t. it was covered in blood and his eye was swollen shut. Then when he filed a harassment suite, they said they were going to investigate. It took them so long to investigate that i forgot for a min. about the case. A year later the cops were indited because the preacher wouldn't let it go. they were found guilty put on probation and have to pay a fine.
They used to just give them leave with pay and when they came back they'd put them in the schools. great huh.

There are countless records of civil rights violations and criminal acts concerning the undesireable actions by former law enforcement.

I believe "Richard L" may be a bit confused with the judicial system along with his spelling of marijuana. It's not law enforcement that sentences drug dealers and rapists...it's the courts and the penal system via Pardons and Parole.

Many believe the jails are filled with "occasional smokers" which is furthest from the truth. Most drug related offenders in prison are there for anything from illegal distribution to trafficking illegal drugs. I'm glad they're in prison. While in prison they are unable to poison the lives of those they peddle their drugs to.

Law enforcement doesn't make the rules...we enforce them by law. We obtain the facts and circumstances of an offense and present those facts and circumstances to the courts. What happens afterwards is the responsibility of those in higher judicial authority than the officers.

Thank you "Richard L" for allowing me the opportunity to correct your inaccurate statement!

Best wishes.

Giving warnings to speeders. Not stopping everyone with defective equipment. Those are ones I see almost everyday. Someone should picket police stations to get this fixed! You should notify Rev's Jackason and Scarpton to start the protests as soon as possible and put these into the spotlight!

Goo Luck.

Ummm. No, because of the fact if feminists truly *did* have faith that, we does not marketing campaign that different varieties of sexual attack (alongside with anal rape, or using an merchandise against somebody's consent) is in certainty rape. In my journey as a worker in family contributors violence, incest and rape, each feminist i've got spoken to concerning to the legislative definitions of rape and sexual attack agree that *any* kind of compelled or coerced intercourse (no count what that comprises precisely) remains as extreme because of the fact the legally defined charge of rape. "modern-day Feminists strongly inspire revenge and violence against adult adult males. it truly is in keeping with many of their popular strategies which dictate that all and sundry heterosexual intercourse is rape and in this occasion all adult adult males are rapists" once you're saying some thing like "modern-day feminism strongly encourages revenge and violence against adult adult males, and the meant "popular strategies of feminism is that heterosexual intercourse is rape", it truly is possibly a very good thought to be conscious that it truly isn't a usually held view via the standard public of feminists. in certainty, i've got examine a lot greater feminists critique that concept, yet in no way actual examine the different feminist believe it. possibly you ought to furnish hyperlinks to this "popular theory". i might anticipate that if it became a popular theory, you will locate *a lot* of hyperlinks the place feminists have supported this declare. it is likewise possibly a very good thought to be conscious that when you're saying "modern-day feminism" interior the context of feminists alongside with Dworkin, books that have been written two decades in the past, won't be able to *truly* be interpreted as "modern-day."
