This pain will move from place to place and it worsens when I sit for periods of time.
I have been to the doctor about this but it still persits almost everyday.
I have tried to cut back on going to the gym and just recently drinking soda all day and some other foods such as cheese and spicy items

Anyway , microwave a cup of milk for about a 1.5 minutes , then stir in a spoon of honey .
Relaxes the diaphragm . . .

go to your neareast hospital and ask to see some one from the cardiology unit. sounds like a heart issue or a possible lung issue. dont feel dumb if it is nothing or something that is not a serious condition. i was having minor blackouts and muscle spasms. turned out to be aural epilepsy. Better safe than sorry
