Eye contact, light non-sexual touches, smiling, laughing, joking. It is a given that if a guy or girl is interested, he or she will do this...even unconsciously. It is easy to tell if someone likes you in return. Watch for the person to touch their hair or do the hair flip or someone exposing the underside of their hand/wrist to you...also guys almost ALWAYS pull up their socks if they are interested. If you want to really snag someone, treat them like you would treat an aggravating little brother or sister. Maybe not to the extreme though.

be touchy when possible. always try to get the girl alone. working 1 on 1 is best, pull the prey away from the pack. strong in numbers, but weak as one. and plus there are no distactions (cock blocks) good luck

it isn't really something that can be taught and you may not know this but you can flirt, because everybody can flirt. People are flirting sometimes and don't even know it.

well its different for a man&woman. But usually this is done:
eyecontact--lock eyes for a few seconds, smile, touch hair casually, send a drink over, dont over talk, listen, laugh when a joke is made, cross legs, play footsies.

Be comfortable around her. And show that she is making you more comfortable. Soft glances, soft speech I guess just be soft with her. I guess this wouldn't work if you are a tough guy with tattoo's and earings.
