You could probably get away with jogging every day, though it's recommended to take at least one day off a week to rest and recover. It also depends on how intense your jog is. Running can be hard on the feet and joints, so pay close attention to how they feel over time.
One thing to think about is mixing it up where you do other exercises on alternate days. Not only does this make for a more effective exercise routine, it makes it more interesting and often one exercise will help enhance another.
Just be sure your nutrition and caloric intake is adequate and reflects your activity levels.

It's always good to allow the body a day or two of rest a week. If you want to jog everyday try alternating how far you jog each day... For example, jog 3-4 miles a couple days a week, and 2-3 the others, and maybe one day of just a mile... Everyone's body is different so observe how your body responds to different amounts of exercise.

Muscle building/toning exercises are usually recommended not to be done daily (not working the same muscle group 2 days in a row) but cardio/aerobic exercise can typically be done more regularly.
If daily is okay for you, really depends on how far and intense your workouts are. Vary them up to keep your body guessing, and so you don't push too hard for every daily workout. Some runs should be easy, others should have you feelin' like you really worked when you're done.
Take at least one day off a week, to rest the body and so you don't get bored from doing the same thing all the time. It's okay to be active on that day, but don't push yourself like in a usual fitness workout.

If your body isnt showing any fatigue during the week from your jogging, then it's ok to go every day. However, if you feel drained afterward and your energy is depleted, then cut back and go all but 1 or 2 days or even just a shorter distance each day so its not too much on you.

It is said that four hours of jogging or brisk walking is enough for a week. So 45 minutes of walking or jogging is enough for a day. That means you can jog or go for a brisk walk for 4 days in a week.
