Swedish??? No way. It's Bulgarian transliterated into Latin letters. It means, "Hello, how are you?" Here are a few phrases in Bulgarian:
Zdrasti - hello (hi)
Kak si? - How are you?
Blagodarya dobre - Good. Thanks!
A ti? - And you?
Da - yes
Dobro utro - Good morning
Lekke nåsjt - Good night
Dovizhdane - see you!
Na kolko si godini? - How old are you?

I don't think it's Swedish. Reminds of a Slavic language (which Swedish is not). I know Croatian (a Slavic language) and I could connect it with Zdravo, kako si?, which means: Hi, how are you?
But I may be wrong...

Ibrahimovic might be a patronimic name, meaning his fathers name is Ibrahim (arabic name for Abraham). If it's a surname, the meaning is the same - some of his far relative's name was Ibrahim, and then his offsprings made it as a surname.
