I think this is an individual response. You might have to try a few things before you (or your face) decides what is best.
Do not use any lotion that contains mineral oils to them.
It will not help your skin - (it hardens it).
Personally (as I am a skeptic) and had used Clinque -
Arbonne makes wonderful products. They have two lines an aging line 30+ and the Intelligence line for the 16-30 group - 100% hypo allergenic -

Try putting honey on your skin for about 20 mins everynight. And to get rid of the flakes try mixing water and sugar and use it as a scrub to soften your skin. The honey should moisturize

DML Lotion. One lotion for every area of your skin. Works better than any other lotion on the market.
You may have to have the pharmacist order it for you, because most drug stores don't carry it. Or, if you prefer, you can order it at drugstore.com.

try nivea w/Q10 for my face! i have extremely sensitive skin and this is only thing that works. its comes in a small white & blue box. good luck & try use soaps & lotions w/o perfumes.
