A balance of nutrients, for certain. Probably 6 small meals daily would be wise for a couple of weeks, then taper off to a 3-meal a day routine. Plenty of vegetables and fruits AND, some meat is fine -And drink at least several glasses of water, one in a.m., noon at evening.

Talk to your doctor or a nutritionist. There are several hormones in the body. You need to know what's best for whatever imbalance you had, if it makes a difference at all.

I'd eat soy products. also black cohosh might help. just make sure you eat a well balanced diet.
