The Holy Spirit came upon the Blessed Virgin Mary and she became pregnant.

We do not know the exact way this miracle happened.

Jesus had both a human side and a divine side, I'm assuming he was concieved as a normal person would be, but through a divine being.

He was the begotten son of Heavenly Father. I assume it was in this manner, albeit without intercourse.
