Pura Vida Means "Pure life"- "Just Life"
Costarican people use this a lot.

When some one say's
hey how u doin? -Answer- Just Life/Pure life
Como esta? _ Answer - "Pura Vida mae"

Yes, it's "pure life" but it should be "vida pura" since the adjective always comes after the noun.
