Shrimp casserole is easy! It's best if you have some other types of seafood, and can mix them together for a seafood casserole, but just shrimp is okay too. . . In a casserole pan pour the shrimp and then lightly cover with cream. Then top it off with some pads of butter. . .Make a mixture of cracker crumbs, garlic, oregano and butter and cover the top. Heat and serve. . Very easy. .You can make it fancier by using a wine cream sauce in place of the regular cream. . .
Also good with shrimp would be a rice dish and you can mix the shrimp in. You could even cheat and use a premade rice and just toss it all together.

This is a really simple one using that can of shrimp. I guess it's a side dish, but I eat it as a meal.
1.5 Tbsp olive oil
1 big spoonful of minced garlic
1 smaller spoon of minced ginger
1 cup basmati rice
1 Tbsp curry powder
2 cups chicken broth
Heat the oil and garlic and ginger until fragrant. Stir in the rice and toast for a couple minutes until translucent, then add the curry and stir for a minute or two, then add the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and slap a lid on it and time for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop up some green onions and cilantro. Drain the shrimp. About 5 minutes before the rice is done toss all that in and stir and put the lid back on and finish cooking.
It's pretty healthy and so good!

SHRIMP SATES WITH GREEK GARLIC SAUCE
ingredients
7 large garlic cloves
1 pound medium shrimp (about 32)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
5 slices firm white sandwich bread, crusts removed, torn into pieces
1/4 cup sliced blanched almonds, ground fine in a food processor
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
sixteen 8-inch bamboo skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes preparation
Chop 2 garlic cloves coarse and in a bowl stir together with shrimp, rosemary, and 2 tablespoons oil. Marinate shrimp, covered and chilled, at least 1 hour and up to 24.
Prepare grill.
In a small bowl soak bread in 1/4 cup water 15 minutes and squeeze out excess water.
Chop remaining 5 garlic cloves fine and in a food processor purée with almonds, bread, and salt to taste until fluffy and very smooth. With motor running add remaining 1/2 cup oil in a slow stream, blending until sauce is emulsified, and blend in lemon juice. Transfer dipping sauce to a small bowl.
Thread 2 shrimp onto each skewer and grill on an oiled rack set 5 to 6 inches over glowing coals until just cooked through, about 2 minutes on each side.
Serve shrimp satés.
The garlic sauce (more like a spread) is better suited for dipping bread. I didn't think it worked with the shrimp at all. u will make this again.

Canned shrimp are always really small, I would suggest making a Chinese style fried rice using them. Get a recipe for fried rice on recipezaar.com.
