we cant because of our sin nature which Jesus didn't have and which is the reason he was able to be a spotless sacrfice for our sins!
So Jesus was perfect so we could through him strive for perfection.

Jesus must have walked around with his eyes to the ground constantly and never dreamed, because unpure thoughts alone, even for a split second is supposed to be 'sin'.
So if you plan on being sinless, but your subconscious has unpure thoughts about a neighbor's wife, you've sinned and ruined it all.
So Jesus never lusted, had a wet dream, or even thought about anything other than being a perfect good person, which all in all is very subjective towards whatever environment you live in. It's not plausible to be sinless or perfect in a world that varies it's description or interpretation of what is perfect or a sin. Most believers of a perfect infallible Jesus don't really consider the implications or details of what that would entail, they just believe it, don't thoroughly discuss or consider it, and hope he'll save them.

Jesus was a man and did not live a perfect sinless life. I'm sure he's made mistakes and learnt from them just like us, but he was the son of God and therefore had guidance.
Why can't we live a sinless life? Not sure why but all I can say is that we make our own decisions, and some of those decisions happen to be cateogorised as 'morally wrong' in certain societies.
How can we? It's really hard and I feel that if you have lived a perfect sinless life, you restrict yourself so much that you haven't lived life to the fullest...and I think God (who gave us life) wants us to enjoy it but not ruin the lives of others at the process. It's like Christmas, somebody gives you a great present and the only way to repay your thanks is to show that you like it.

Jesus, (God in the flesh) knew no sin. He took on human flesh for a reason and he was not begotten by a human father like we were. Mary was the honored vessel prepared by God for the birth of Jesus.
We will have a perfect sinless life in heaven but not here because we still have the carnal ability to sin although our spiritual self can override these tendencies through our faith and trust in Jesus Christ.

We all rebel to any law . Jeremiah 17:9 " The heart is deceitful above all things , and desperately wicked who can know it ?". We can never live a sinless life it's through the blood of Jesus that will redeem us from our sins,if we choose to trust and believe in him as our Savior .

Dear Friend,
Let us not forget that Jesus was the son of the one true God, filled with holy spirit from birth.
Consider the scripture:
1 John 1:10
If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives.
If we could have lived sinless lives, then there would have been no need for Jesus to sacrifice himself
We are all inherently sinful, but thanks be to God, and Jesus we can be reconciled to God through Jesus sacrifice.
God Bless

Jesus being without sin was in that state of perfection that we really know nothing about,we are told to be perfect but this is to mean that we must strive for perfection and settle for nothing less,in other words if we lower the bar below this ideal we then fall faster and lower than we should.

I am not a Christian, so my answer is based on my understanding, as an outsider, of Christianity.
We all have urges to sin. As I understand it, those urges are themselves sins--my understanding is that Christ said something like "he who has lusted after another man's wife has committed sin in his heart." While it is possible, in theory, to live a life without external sin, no life is lived without internal sin. We are born with conflicting desires within us, which I believe is the premise of the concept of Original Sin. We all have divided natures--the urge to sin, and the urge to do right--and that dual nature, in and of itself, makes us sinners from birth, regardless of our actions.
Jesus, to be sinless, would have to have a unified nature; in other words, not he would have to be not just without sin, but without the urge to sin. If this is the case, it is impossible for a human to live a sinless life--we can strive to acheive Jesus' purity, but we must always accept that we will fall short.

If you believe the Bible as I do you will know that Christ is God's only Son, the Saviour of the world. It took someone who was sinless - perfect and without sin - to pay the penalty of the sin of humans.
He was born of God. God is without sin. He was tempted as we are (bible) yet without sin.
We are born into sin because we come from Adam & Eve who brought sin into the world through disobediance. We can't help it, we were born sinners.
The only answer to our sin born lives is to accept the free gift from God, His only begotten Son, Jesus, who paid the ultimate price by laying down his life to bring freedom to all sinners who believe.
We are freed from the penalty of our sin once we admit our sinful nature and accept Jesus as the true & only Saviour of the world. First we admit then we accept. There's no other way.
As we live as believers, we are dead to sin, that is we still sin, but Christ has us covered before God. Through Christ's help we live a new life until we die physically. We never die spiritually.
Repent, Accept Jesus, Change

Yes we can live like Jesus. But it becomes easy if you consider the environment you select around you
1) The friends you select
2) The culture and moral standards you select to live
3) The programs you watch in T.V, the books you read
4) Avoiding anything which can please you in a sexual way instead of sober way
5) The depth or intensity in you to be Pure like Jesus
6) The music you like to listen
7) Avoiding anything and everything which push you to take crazy decisions, without God fear
8) Choosing compartively sincere people, as your admirers, who lead a peaceful and soft life
