I acknowledge no "rules".
People are free to dictate guidelines if they like. I'll only follow them if they're not retarded...

Guidelines telling me not to take the p!ss out of christians are deemed retarded and shall be ignored.

I got my previous account banned twice. I got it back once, but the second time they wouldn't. It was for ironically non-abusive reasons both times... as it happens.

And naturally... that doesn't mean I won't report every pro-christian question I see on this board.

The more christian questions I report... the more christians will get banned and the fewer idiots there will be reporting MY questions. It goes both ways of course... which is why I have to be thorough about it. The more of them I get banned, the less likely I am to get banned for doing what I want to do myself.... and likewise, the less I feel the need to do it.

Yahoo answers & those who just report someone for not liking their ideals is just as bad & low down as yahoo, If something is a threat, or is on something terriorts, I will report them. But for someone just to give their ideals, No I won't violate their answer. I have had many violation just because they did not like my answers, They can't Violate me for my questions, I have been here almost 11 months & only ask 19 questions. But their Violations does not change the truth or my answers.. They are just running away from truth. And hiding behind mommy's apron. Ops, Another violation. Oh well keep them coming.

I went through my rebellious phase here too. I had legitimate questions deleted so I went on a rule-violating escapade which only resulted in me getting several accounts ( one of them was level 5) deleted.

I'm almost a level 6 on this account, and I'd like to keep it. I no longer break the rules.

Ocassionally, I'll break one by accident but I've learned that Yahoo! really does taketh away. For me, it's not worth the hassle.

Devil's Advocate is the film for you.
And guess it is fun to be on the censor board so one can see and resee all that is denied to the rest of the world and first see what is shown to the world.
What sort of Democracy with freedom of expression is it if Censorship can choose what is right for us?
I like to obey traffic rules, the basic law and social etiquette but hate very much anybody dictating to me what I should wear, see, read, and eat.

There is a difference between violating a guideline to break a paradigm in a belief system and violating a guideline just to be a stupid anti-socialist.

For instance, what does this have to do with Spirituality?

I just completely ignore them rather than set out to actively violate guidelines. The minute Yahoo started sending me trivial nonsense about alleged violations I ceased to treat them with respect. If I want to say something I say it and I don't give a f*ckng f*ck if it's a violation.

I love violating it! Cause it means that I actually said something truthful that other people cant stand! How have we become a country or a culture for that fact that is so afraid to offend other people?! I guess freedom of speech isnt a right anymore huh?

I try not to violate the guidelines, but it doesn't really matter. Things are reported just because people don't agree with what I said...doesn't matter if it was an actual violation or not.

Let the words stand and let people stand by their words!

Absolutely!

Since i've been on Y!A i've only gotten about 3 or 4 violation notices, but I laugh every time i get one.... because all that means to me is that some moron takes themself way too seriously & can't take a joke. If that person reported me that just means i did my job & that person is pissed while i am laughing at their stupidity.

Yes they are scum, I lost my last account that was at level 3 due to something apparently violating the rules. Sent yahoo an email to appeal but not heard anything since.
