With their beliefs you would have to imagine they do

No. Contrary to popular belief, we do not dwell on death per sue. People in R&S keep asking questions about death so we seem to be obsessed with it when we are not.

We enjoy life as much as anyone else. We just have peace and joy knowing that after this one we will continue on through eternity with Jesus.

I do get sad because it takes so long to wait for justice to be served by our Mighty God. However, I am not selfish enough to want justice until everyone hears the gospel and has a chance to repent and accept Jesus as their personal Savior.

Christians, as well as anyone else, for the most part enjoy and are thankful for their lives. God gave us a unique thing called survival mechanism. We want to survive to be there for our loved ones and to do what we were meant to do. With Christians, it's the best of both worlds. Life is good, death will be a trip!

There are times my soul longs to be home, but sad is not the word I would choose. It is something much deeper. It is a desire to be with my Saviour, Yashua. A desire to worship Him in a way that is somehow foreign to us while we are here on this earth. A desire to be in His glorious presence.

I know people who don't believe in God and wish that life would end. Kind of dumb to think only Christians would think that.

I read somewhere that in the early days of christianity they had to add in the hell for suicide thing because so many believers were killing themselves to get to heaven quicker.

Christians shouldn't anticipate or long for death. They should treasure their lives and do as much good as possible during them. They shouldn't fear dying, but they surely shouldn't hope for it. I'm sure there are some who do want to die, but they shouldn't.
