Great common sense for once from the Supreme Court a nice change. It should go further in protecting the innocent but we know the secular left will bang on about rights except of course the right to life for the unborn that just can't do.Abriel where in the Constitution does it give woman special rights to have there unborn children killed? If you don't want a baby remain celibate or is that to much like taking responsibility a dirty word to secular liberals so it seems.

I hope you've read the article thoroughly...it bans a type of procedure not abortion all together. Even if a woman's life is in danger they can still perform this specific procedure.
Don't high five Jesus just yet...

I'd have a lot more respect for you "pro-life" folks if you were working a lot harder to improve the lives that are already here, rather than trying to control the pregnant woman.

Maybe if you also started factual, science-based, religion-free sex education, wherein you teach people how not to get pregnant in the first place, maybe abortion would no longer be an issue. Forget "abstinence education," it's a tragic joke. You're not going to stop folks from having sex, no matter how much Jesus you throw at them. Time to join the rest of us in the 21st Century.

I'm Protestant, but I'm in agreement with banning horrible abortion procedures. I'm not certain exactly what the ban covers, but I think it's good. Abortion is a horrible thing. To think otherwise is disingenuos.

I find it absolutely repugnant that a bunch of crusty old men sitting up on capital hill think they have the right to tell a woman what to do with her body. Yet another step towards turning the USA into a theocracy and another reason for me to contemplate a move to another country in the future.

It's sad. And I don't care what any pro-liar says because most pro-liar propaganda on abortion is false and based on biased, unfounded information. And I don't care what the Court says...it IS unconstitutional.

I'm sure some will be heartbroken that they no longer have the option to suck a baby's brains out with a needle.

I agree with the ruling. I was shocked when I first realized what this procedure actually involved.

I think that mandatory sterilisation for idiots (e.g. you) would be ideal.... but if that doesn't work out then mandatory abortions would work just fine.

For every baby you produce... an extant life somewhere in the world is ruined.
