start with soda crackers and ginger ale. Move on to soup - go slowly.
I had food poisoning once from tainted canned mushrooms. No one knows that pain until they have had it!
Hope you mend well.

When I'm feeling barfy, good old chicken noodle soup is always the best. And I like mashed potatoes too for a sick stomach. And lime jello, and cottage cheese.
Good luck, and get better soon!

Eat the BRAT diet: Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast. Those foods are VERY mild and while they're boring to eat, they'll be easy on your stomach. Also, drink lots of water, get some rest, and feel better soon!

Try eating dry foods like crackers or potato chips, it lines your stomach and helps stop the diarrhea. Drink plenty water.

soups, maybe fresh vegies like green peppers, lettuce, light fruits like melons
(mixing fruits can cause gas so don't mix your melons with vitiman c fruits)
toast is always the way to go, probably no milk or acidic foods.
mashed potatoes and a little butter. no fried foods

Please drink about 1 Liter normal oral (Sodium Chloride) saline. It may cause a little vomiting. Don't be anxious. Also take any antacid tablets. If you got high temperature then have paracetamol 3 times a day.
For other suggestion please contact. 8801819 117976
Thanks.
