In regard to Christ's coming, three phrases are being used:
revelation of Christ, presence of Christ (parousia), and coming of Christ (erkhoomai)

The coming and revelation is associated with the destruction of the unrighteous! Thus is hasn't come yet!

Also,
Hebrews chapter 10 is referring to a second covenant, not a second coming.
