Hardly makes a difference. Age/ Look/ never matter in true love.

Ten years is fine. As long as it isn't illegal. Age has nothing to do with a relashionship. Its how you feel about the other person. If you are truly in love with him then ten years is nothing at all. Society today has this awful image of people. bf/gf is the same age and everyone is rich and perfect and model thin and have no issues. Dating someone older or younger is fine. Just fine. Not to metion normal.

Good luck!

The non-formal rules for males is to take a guys age divide by 2 and add 7 to find the minumum age of a girl.

I.e.

Man's Age: 25: (25/2)+7= 19.5
A man of age 25 should not date a female younger than 19.5.

Man's Age: 40: (40/2)+7=27
A man of age 40 should not date a female younger than 27.

So if your boyfriend doesn't meet this standard he is too old for you.

As you get older, age starts to make less of a difference. Ten years isn't that much. (My Grandparents are 12 years apart). It's all about the chemistry between the two people.

Not really that uncommon. But be careful since you're only 18, you might get hurt. If it was 22 and 32 it would be different. But most guys are about 5 yrs younger maturity wise. So he really is like a 23 yr old most likely

it doesn't matter how much older your boyfriend is as long as he treats you right and treats you like a queen.. i have never dated anyone my own age they have all been 7 years older than me and one time there was a 14 year difference but go for it get you an older guy it'll be good for you. so where do you live

It depends on the two people getting together. They have to act similar in age which can be possible even if there is a 10 year difference in age.

My fiance' is 10 years older than me. He is 30 and I am 20. We have a great relationship. I think our age difference balances out pretty well. We love each other very much!

I think 7 years is the ideal number. You know same generation. Both remember the 80's. Looking for that girl who vaguely removers New Kids on the Block.
