Why does America have the highest rate of working people taking anti-depressant medication?

Why are American whites the only white people in the world who have to fear being in certain neighborhoods at night?

Doesn't sound like the greatest country to me.... sounds like the worst. Popping pills to feel better, constantly being scared or having to tip toe for fear of offending someone etc.

I mean, I can see why people form 3rd world countries try to go there, but they also come to Europe. That's nothing to be proud of. In all of Europe, we probably have over 10 million illegals too. HeII, they even come on inflatable boats across the ocean to our shores from Africa.

I can NOT stand it when people say things like "America is the worst country on the face of this planet. We are residence evil. God never blessed us nor ever will. Satan did and keep doing it." Only in America do you have the right to say such a thing, the right to think what you want to think. There are plenty of other countries out there where you would be killed or tortured. If America is such a horrible country, then leave. You have that choice! If America is such a horrible country, why don't you do something to make it better instead of just sitting on your *** criticizing it. But to answer your question...don't get me wrong, I know America has way more than it's fair share of problems. And that is slogan is complete crap. In my opinion there is no greatest country on earth. Every country has problems no matter how perfect it seems. We are fat; but we can afford food. We are in debt; because we have the luxury of having so many really cool things to choose from, and we are not that smart? Everybody can work to be smarter no matter what their IQ is. Even though I'm a girl I have the ability to go to college and get an education to become smarter. That doesn't happen in every country. And in no way does God bless you mean "America is Gods favorite country. I dont know where you read that. Have you ever sneezed and had someone say "God bless you"? They definetly weren't saying "You're Gods favorite person" To sum it up: America is not the greatest country on Earth, but it is BY FAR not the worst. I would much rather live in a place where I can choose to do (almost) whatever I want to do and be a little on the heavy side, or have a few unpaid bills then live somewhere where I don't have the right to say everything I just said

Not everyone in America has a drug problem. Other countries also have their problems, even if it isn't about drugs.
Have you asked all other "white" people if they fear certain neighborhoods at night? Or are you only assuming this? Yes, there ARE certain neighborhoods to fear at night. I'm sorry that your hypocritical and a little racist to americans.
I'll admit I don't know if it's the best country, and if I thought it was it would be my own opinion. I'm not going to base my citizenship on that and just say it is without going to the rest of the world first. Not everyone is afraid of neighborhoods and if you'd actually notice, those who are live usually in a big city. There IS violence in certain neighborhoods that would make someone stay away and it isn't just "white" people who do this either.
What does this have to do with immigration?
I'm happy that the "3rd world country people" try to come here. Why is that nothing to be proud of? They chose it for a reason and for the fact that they chose America, I'm happy!

No, we don't have the highest rate of drug users, and if we have the highest rate of working people taking anti-depressants at least we are WORKING, not all whites are afraid to go to certain neighborhoods at night, and we are the greatest country in the world. We made the internet that you are using. We have people coming across open water on rafts, too. So what? If someone wants to get to another country and leave their own and water is in the way, I am sure they will do the same thing no matter where they are. And you said "all of Europe"...have you seen the size of Europe compared to the size of America? Ten million illegals in all of Europe is WAY DIFFERENT than ten million illegals in the USA. How did you come to hate the USA so much?

When we as Americans say the United States is the greatest country in the world is because, it is easier for us to be the person on the outside loking in. By being able to do this, we can see the problems going on in other country's and say "thank god we are above that," or " at least we overcame that problem." With that said, by saying America is the greatest country in the world is a figure of speech, something called "patriotism." Patriotism is something that is used within every county in the world, if you have ever been to a foriegn county, or if you are from a foriegn country you would know this. The country's job is to teach their youthful minds to have pride in your country, whatever country you may be from. This is why every country in the world has a military might, so any abled man could take up arms and defend your home land. Furthermore, drugs are abused everywhere, especially within the country's that are considered first world nations, if you want you could go to the United Nations website and find out what country's are considered first world, and those country's that at listed as developing. The first world country's include Great Britian, Japan, Sweden, Germany, France, the United States just to throw out some names. All of these country's I have listed have some form of drug issues and immigration issues as well, because lesser developed country's see how much easier it looks as the internet and television makes everywhere else look better than what it really is. So they sneek in, or attempt to become citizens of these developed country's in hopes to have a better life.

All countries have problems. We have additional problems because we have so many freedoms in the United States. We are allowed to choose how we live our lives without much interference from the government. The price of freedom is that some citizens don't make good decisions. As far as anti-depressants, if you don't know anyone that has personally benefited from them, then I don't believe you understand. My Mother is one that benefited from the medication. She was on it for 6 months, and has been fine every since. It just helped get her back to her normal self. What would be wrong with that? It didn't mean she was weak, it meant she needed help and received it. As far as "whites" being constantly scared in certain neighborhoods at night. Yes. And I'm sure where ever you are, you will find the same. It isn't only whites, it is any person that has the sense to know danger. Now for the illegals. Yes, they come to the United States for a brighter future. Sadly, we cannot let in the whole world. We don't have the resources or jobs to do that. We give our illegals or immigrants free housing, medical, and food. Citizens born here do not get these benefits. So, in closing, people from all over the world want to live in the United States. We offer opportunity for everyone.

The fact is that America has problems. But so does every other country out there. No where else do you have the freedoms that we have here. Europe is a continent with a bunch of countries. The US is almost two and a half times the size of the European Union. The US has the largest and most technologically powerful economy in the world. Only India & China have a larger population. We have enough resources in this country to close ourselves off to everyone else and we found be just fine.

It's not just people from 3rd world countries coming here, but people from all walks of life. As far as illegals coming from Africa, they are coming across a sea, not an ocean. Same as here. Don't make it sound more impressive than what it is.

I think you should do your research. America does have a high drug rate, But so do other countries. There are European countries that most drugs are legal and they have "drug parks" where people can do their drugs and even get clean syringes free to inject these drugs. Thank God we have not gone that far. I have traveled to several other countries and I see no difference, Drugs are everywhere. And as far as anti-depressants.....get your head out of the sand....Americans are not the only ones using them. But some unfortunate countries where poverty is high does not have the money or access to medications that would benefit them. And last on your list......The places I have been are just like American...They too have certain areas where crime is high and avoid these areas "after dark". My sister lived in Germany and my niece lived in England and from what I see you have no better crime rates or any less drug issues then any other place...Take your head out of the sand and get with the real world?

We are considered the best because we are considered the richest country in the world right now. We also have one of the strongest Army in the world. As a society here there is a lot of stress involved. Other countries do not have the same stresses because they do not have a government like we do. England still has royalty so no matter what the people have no choice who they get to become in control of the government. We have the highest paying jobs in the wold because of our money system.

Because he have high drug users doe not mean that all of America has a huge issue. You hear more about Drugs in America because we do not legalize any of it like other countries do. England allows you to smoke pot. Our country has different rules as the rest of the world. We are also becoming over crowded so saying a white America is a lie because he have many many different types of races pouring into America.

We have our problems like ever other country but I would rather live here then anywhere else.

America just has a pretty good econemy compared to the rest of the world, especially 3rd world contries which is why they come here....but all they do is work long hours for low pay and even if you are middle class you are just getting by.....America is for rich people who can afford to sleep in til 1pm, wake up go out to eat then play golf or something.......Think about it...most people work 9-5 leaving you with the evening to enjoy....how much could you get down before 9am and almost everything closes about 5pm....But that is just the life of the rich kids who are born into wealth...everyone envies the movie stars and celebrities for all their riches but dont know that they get up everymoring at 3am and work all day, and thats after there big break....For the most part, you get in life what you put out....America is great to hustle build a career, as for the best country in the world....Not by a long shot
