I'm only 23 but I have a horrible time remembering things people have only told me a few minutes ago. I visit my husband every weekend in Rochester and when I leave and someone asks me what we did I have an awful time trying to remember. My mother is 52 and she has the same problem and I'm worried that if I don't do something about it now then it'll only get worse. Are there any supplements or exercises I can do that have shown to make and improvement?

You can take the vitamin B complex (really cheap at and drug store or store like walmart) it helps with memory stress and your metabolism. If that does'nt help, go to your doctors and he can test your blood to see if you have a major vitamin deficiency (will then start you on better supplements)

Take gensang tablets daily. I read it will increase your memory. Also practice doing things different from your normal routine. Example.....if you use your right hand to unlock your door, consciously make a decision to use your left hand instead.
Apply this technique to as many things you can and it should help increase your memory.

I would suggest that you do crossword puzzles and try to solve math problems cause that gives your brain exercise. Read more instead of looking at tv.
